From bestselling author duo Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff comes the exciting finale in the trilogy that broke the mold and has been called "stylistically mesmerizing" and "out-of-this-world-awesome."
Kady, Ezra, Hanna and Nik narrowly escaped with their lives from the attacks on Heimdall station and now find themselves crammed with 2,000 refugees on the container ship, Mao. With the jump station destroyed and their resources scarce, the only option is to return to Kerenza--but who knows what they'll find seven months after the invasion?
Meanwhile, Kady's cousin, Asha, survived the initial BeiTech assault and has joined Kerenza's ragtag underground resistance. When Rhys--an old flame from Asha's past--reappears on Kerenza, the two find themselves on opposite sides of the conflict. With time running out, a final battle will be waged on land and in space, heroes will fall, and hearts will be broken.

Ummmm….I’ve been waiting for this book for FOREVER. Or it really feels like that. I read Illuminae way back in August 2015 and then Gemina in September of 2016 and have been DYING for this one since then. I finally let me son read these a couple of months ago and he was so mad when I told him the next one wouldn’t be here until March. I pre-ordered this one months and months ago and am really hoping it gets delivered early on release day so I can read it while he’s still at school. Because seriously, both of us read these in a day. It seems crazy because they’re 600+ pages but because of the stories and the formats, they go super quickly. I even think I might do a re-read of the first two before this one comes out. I know not everybody loves them but I love how unique and intense the stories are. I really can’t wait to find out what happens in the last one. I expect it to be completely EPIC.

Have you read this series? Are you dying to get your hands on Obsidio like I am?!?!?!
