I’m not sure if you guys noticed or not but I totally fizzled out about halfway through April. I’m not sure what happened but I just lost a little bit of the drive I usually have and didn’t feel as engaged in the blog as I usually do. I hope you guys will stick it out with me, I’m already feeling better and have several posts lined up for May already. I’m getting the hang of spring again and being outside and active and slowly coming out of my cave. It’s feeling good, I just always seem to have a problem with balance at the beginning of any new season. But now that we’re settling in to spring (finally!) and I’ve got some posts lined up, I’m feeling pretty good with everything for May.
Here are the reviews and posts that happened on the in April:
Cover Reveal: Coral & Bone by Tiffany Duane
Cover Reveal: Tempting the Bodyguard by J. Lynn
Book Blitz: Meeting Mr. Wright by Cassie Cross
The 24 hour Dewey Readathon

Like I said, April was really bad for me for reviews. But since I barely wrote any but I continued to read that means there should be plenty for May!
Favorite Books Read in April
Winger by Andrew Smith * Zita the Spacegirl by Ben Hatke
I highly recommend both of these books!
Coming up in May
I hope you guys had a good April. And I hope you have some exciting things lined up for May. I’ve got a few posts planned already and a couple more giveaways. I have an INT giveaway coming up later this week and will be posting the last of my April giveaways that I never got up sometime soon, too. That one will be US only. And, as always, I will have my New Release Giveaway in the middle of the month.
You can also look forward to reviews for Nil, Wild by Alex Mallory, Broken Hearts, Fences, and other things to Mend, Zita the Spacegirl books, and more DNF mini reviews.
Also, coming up in May is the Bout of Books 10.0 Readathon!! I’ll definitely be participating and am super excited. If you’ve never participated in a readathon but really want to try one out, I highly recommend Bout of Books. They are super active during the week of the readathon but also very low pressure. It’s read at your own pace, participate as much as you want. There are three chats scheduled during the week which are super fun and new challenges everyday. This readathon happens May 12 to May 18. If you want to sign-up, just head over here to read the rules!
Thanks again for sticking with me, following the blog, commenting, and just being awesome!
